RESOLUTION

We the undersigned and duly elected members of LEMASA Board of Directors - Regents with full authority vested in us and in accordance with LEMASA convention/charter declare on behalf of LEMASA and the Amungme people that we have voted this 12th day of July 1996 to terminate, effective immediately, Andreas Anggaibak as a member of LEMASA Board of Directors - Regents.

Mr. Anggaibak's unauthorized conduct in supporting the interests of PT. Freeport Indonesia for the sole purpose of his own personal gain is an unacceptable breach of his fiduciary responsibilities to LEMASA and the good people it represents.

Mr. Anggaibak's action in assisting PT. Freeport Indonesia to subvert the authority and best interest of LEMASA, the Amungme people, and all other indigenous people in return for a promise of employment in a supervisory position and other disclosed and undisclosed personal rewards, has left us with no other option but to immediately terminate his directorship.

We further declare our collective outrage at Mr. Anggaibak's and Freeport's conduct in attempting to create a fictitious "Amungme Foundation" for exclusive benefit of PT. Freeport Indonesia. It is our unanimous consensus that this Freeport funded, directed and controlled organisation will function for the sole purpose of circumventing the true goals, principles, and values of LEMASA, the Amungme people, and the thousands of honest people our organisation represents.
